New Service
The property owners for each meter must sign a Water Users Agreement. The Water User’s Agreement is a contractual arrangement between the landowner and Magnolia Rural Water Association. With the signed request, a deposit and membership are required. The Agreement states that the participating member (property owner) is responsible for the minimum monthly payment plus any water usage in excess of the minimum.

Rates & Fees
The monthly minimum charge entitles the participating member to receive up to 2,000 gallons (base amount) of water per month. The minimum charge is due and payable monthly after water becomes available from Magnolia Rural Water Association, whether or not the participating member has connected to the final delivery point. Any unused portion of the base amount may not be carried over for future use. The participating member shall also pay Magnolia Rural Water Association for any amount of usage in excess of the base amount in increments of 1,000 gallons, rounded down, each month.

Bill Payment Options
Automatic Payment
Set up automatic payment from your checking or savings account. This is a free service. You will continue to receive your monthly bill and will be automatically deducted from your checking or savings account on the first of each month. There are no charges for this option.
In Person
Visit MRWA’s office at 265 E Bay Street, Magnolia, MS, during the business hours of 8:30 a.m.- 4:00 p.m., Monday – Friday. The office is closed from 12:00 p.m. – 1:00 p.m. for lunch.
Please be sure to bring your remit stub. We accept cash, money order and checks. VISA or MasterCard debit/credit cards also accepted at no charge in the office.

Drop box
A 24-hour drop box is located near the driveway entrance at our office. Payments made after hours will be processed the next business day. Payments are collected out of the box once daily at 8:30 a.m. and posted that same day. Please be sure to include your remit stub with your payment.
